Unipart Dorman North America was established in January 2007 after the acquisition of its UK parent company Varitext Ltd by Dorman Traffic of the Unipart Group in December 2006. Unipart Dorman UK are the current European market leader in VATCS technology, originally founded in 1991.
In line with the business model of raising global client awareness and exporting unique innovative products. The organization is planning to combine the strengths of its uniquely designed product portfolio with the internationally recognized unparalleled customer service and logistics support of the Unipart group to differentiate its client offering. North American regional locations of Atlanta GA , Mahwah NJ , Brisbane CA and Toronto ON will support the Canadian HQ.

Attainment of at least 3 out of the following four criteria is a base requisite before a product will be featured in the portfolio. This mode of operation will ensure that North American traffic safety engineers are afforded the opportunity to benefit from deploying a new and independently proven approach to their current toolbox of traffic calming/safety techniques.
